Is OpenSource volunteer based or employee based?

Allright, today is the big day. In about half an hour I’ll be taking the train to our National Airport. From there I’ll be flying to San Francisco via London, which will be my very first flight ever.

Today I recieved an invite to check out Odeo:  Odeo is the place to browse, listen, upload, download, sync podcasts to your iPod (or any Mp3 player). I must admit I’m pretty impressed.
