Yesterday I got some fantastic news! The Belgian government has decided to lower taxes on construction from 21 to 6% on the first 50000 euro of the bills.

Since I started constructing an apartment at the end of 2008 and this construction will take most of 2009 too, I am eligible for this tax reduction. This will save me 7500 euro! This is really fantastic news!
